Yesterday, I bought some bread and forgot to take it after paying. I acknowledge that was my mistake, but I find it concerning that the staff who collected my payment and packed the bread didn't bother to remind me or hand it over. I was still outside the store for quite some time after paying, yet no effort was made to call me back or pass me my items.

Today, I called the store to check if the bread was still there. A male staff member responded rudely, insisting that I could only take the exact same bread I purchased yesterday, not a fresh replacement. To make matters worse, the bread hadn't even been refrigerated—even though one contained cream and a strawberry. He dismissed my concern, claiming refrigeration wasn't necessary.

No wonder other reviews mention issues like people vomiting and flies in the store cabinet. Hygiene seems to be a real concern here. I noticed ants in the bread cabinet yesterday but didn't think much of it—until this incident.

It's disappointing when businesses forget that customers are paying for an exchange of goods. When money is handed over, it's basic courtesy and responsibility to ensure the customer receives their items. I didn't just leave money on the counter and walk away, did I? A little attention to service and hygiene would go a long way.

I used to buy from this store regularly and even recommended it to others, but that ends today.
