I ordered some pau at the Buangkok Sq outlet and highlighted to the only staff there that their ee mian tasted ordinary. She replied abit angrily that this is how they cooked the mee and if any feedback I should let her boss know instead of telling her. I thank her for the suggestion. However, after I turned around after payment, this female staff said behind my back "Cook the mee yourself if you find it not nice". I could not believe what I had heard given that she is in the service line. What a horrible attitude! Felt like retorting her "Don't work in the service line if you can't stand criticism." but I did not.

Came here in the morning and felt a very relaxing vibe.<br>The aunty staff seemed to be working purely for enjoyment with loud music, lots of chatting, very chill atmosphere.<br>No rush, no pressure, just enjoying the day.<br>If you're looking for a place where time moves slowly and work is taken very lightly, this is definitely the spot.

Very bad attitude customer service<br>She made people wait for 15 minutes for buying a bao<br><br>I feedback to my girlfriend why take so long, the shop assistant got defensive and cited she has to finish delivery food first.<br><br>Point is, taking out a bao only required less than 2 minutes for the transaction yet your staff got defensive and rude retaliating.<br><br>Very bad attitude!

The auntie at Buangkok Square was very rude. I stood there for about 15 mins just wanting to buy pau. The auntie was all focused on preparing the grab food delivery order and totally ignored customers who were standing there waiting. She could have prioritised my order if its just to buy pau. My boyfriend asked me why am I taking so long just to get a pau and she got offended and say she was busy with preparing the food when the question wasn't even posed at her. My boyfriend got angry and raised his voice that her service ought to be better and she sweated at him. While food quality is important, staff with bad attitude will bound to bring your business down. I have no issue with other outlets and have been a great supporter to Nam Kee Pau. Hope the management can provide some training to the staff here.
