Tried the SG60 coconut pulut hitam boba drink, it's ok. Can't taste any coconut and there's too much red beans in it. It has a very strong earthy taste. I usually like R&B dessert type drink like mango sago pomelo and taro fresh milk, they do dessert drinks quite well albeit a little too sweet.

Sign says on break for 10 mins. However, I waited for 20 mins and worker still was not back. Decided to get bubble tea somewhere else.

Service was absolutely awful. I stood at the counter waiting for the staff to take my order but the staff just completely ignored me and pretended I was invisible. I thought that she was just busy and will take my order after she is done with the work she had at hand, but after waiting for nearly 6 mins and she is still preparing drink after drink as though I didn't exist. I was the only customer queueing , there was no way that she couldn't see me. Will never come here again while she is on shift.

I think the store owner should re-teach the staff how to serve customers, the staff's face looks like I owe her, it's been like that many times, if you still let your staff have such a rude attitude then you will gradually lose customers, and only this staff is the rudest person the rest is ok, you can check today April 20 at 8:34pm this staff you should teach again
