Selesa Sedap Chicken Rice
991 Buangkok Link, Buangkok Square Mall #01-27
Selesa Sedap Chicken Rice specializes in traditional Hainanese chicken rice at Buangkok Square Mall, serving tender poached chicken with fragrant rice, house-made chili sauce, and ginger paste from 9:30am to 8pm daily. The stall follows traditional preparation methods, poaching chicken to silky perfection while infusing rice with chicken stock and aromatics.
Regular customers return for the consistently tender chicken texture and well-balanced chili sauce that enhances without overwhelming. The stall offers both white and roasted chicken options, along with chicken soup and traditional accompaniments.
Operating independently rather than within a food court, Selesa Sedap provides a focused chicken rice experience for purists seeking authentic hawker-style flavors in a convenient mall setting.

Just moved to this neighbourhood and I have been eating this stall's dried wonton mee! Never got sick of it. The portion is generous except the green is a bit too little. The guy who took the order is also friendly and nice but I wish he could wear gloves when taking the noodles into the hot pot. It seems there is another person who complained about him too, why no improvement?
